  • Ice Bath Sessions: Duration, temperature, perception, and frequency. These data are stored locally on the user's device.

  • Strava Integration: If enabled, you have the option to send your data to Strava. Ice Bath You does not store any of these data.

  • User Preferences: Application settings (e.g., volume, countdown timer, etc.). These data are stored only  locally on the user's device.

2. Use of Data

No data is collected outside of the application.

3. Data Sharing

Your personal data remains solely on your device, except in the following case:

  • You have the option to send your session data to Strava.

  • IceBathYou is not responsible for how Strava handles the data you share with them.

  • Before each transfer, a checkbox must be manually checked to authorize sending data to Strava. No data will be sent without your explicit consent and awareness.
